HOMOSEXUALITY: What it really is and why it shouldn't be shunned

I admit I was actually too late with this issue. But, I think I will
have to address this issue in my own blog, in my own diary and in my
own journal as well.
The sites listed above pretty much sums up the issue I am trying to
address. They give sides to both argument while the first article
informs us of this pathetic retrogression of our society.
The expression of "homosexuality as immoral" is poorly worded and ill-informed.

As an agency of the government, ours too is the State's avowed duty to protect our youth from moral and spiritual degradation," the resolution said.So it's [homosexuality] a moral degradation? For what reasons? For what VALID reasons? I need legal and scientifically approved study of this so called claim. I am not acting childish nor am I acting on bias and neither am I pushing LadLad Partylist and supporting them or ushering them. Because I never intended to go into politics. In this article, I intend only to inform and nothing more. Thus I wrote this to inform the world what homosexuality truly is - not a disease, not a sin, not a mistake, not a crime and certainly not IMMORALITY. It is a state of being, it is the unique strand of individuality that is one of the complexities that make up the human PERSONALITY. Since according to Kinsey, all human beings have some degree of bisexuality in them (at least that's what his claims and research indicates) but they are more inclined to a specific gender. This led me to believe that we are all born bisexuals and only acquire preferences in puberty with the aid of our genetic make up and past experiences. Even events at this time can influence our orientation (such as, a 12 year old boy who just hit puberty might have encountered someone of the same sex. Both are curious and ended up experimenting or something. This might influence the development).
However, I would like to assert the fact that homosexuality is engraved into each and individual personality that makes us human. It is a fact that comes from our ability to feel and our ability to perceive.
Anyway, as I said, I am here to inform. And to back up my claims, here are my explanations for my stand.
Homosexuality, is not a disease, it is a state of mind, acquired environmentally or biologically. If we say environmentally, it is a trait or personality developed gradually through childhood and growth, mostly from environmental interaction.
When we say biologically, it is in born. It has been acquired right from the first time that the DNA replicated, or how the fetus developed inside the mother's womb.
The claim that homosexuality is a disease has been abolished long ago and right now, it is an accepted fact. Just as there are aggressive individuals and there are submissive, just as there are forgetful people and there are those endowed with photographic memory, just as there are loving and there are the withdrawn, and just as there are introverts and extroverts, there are also straight and gay.
This is the argument which I develop my stand. Homosexuality has been around for ages, possibly, since the first development and emergence of Homo Sapiens in the evolutionary tree. And its existence, the existence of it, the very visible and tangible images of it, prove that it is real, it is existing and it is part of the natural order that developed with the evolution of our planet.
That is why, I am standing by it. And I am furious with the actions already covered above. How about you? Where do you stand?
